Aluminum foil gluing machine

The machine used to print the glue strip on the aluminum foil, then cut to fix length, and mylti stacking malposed one by one. which is automatic and easy operation.

Hot press machine

The machine is design to hot press the stacking aluminum foil bolck, it make the glue stick the foil together strongly undery high temperature and even pressure, which make the block flat also.

Saw cutting machine

The machine is used to cut the aluminum honeycomb core slice pcs by pcs, can be optaitonal choose the auto block feeding function, so it can work autumatic by setting the slice thickness and quantity.

Expanding machine

The machine is used to expanding the aluminum honeycomb core slice to be regular hexagon shape, it can expanding very even by the control system. Also it can inspection the strength quality of the honeycomb core.
