3D/Lattice Aluminum Core Composite Panel

This new product named aluminium lattice panel (3D ACP) is developed by Hongyang for strict requirements of fire retardancy regulations in architecture products.

Constructed by 100% aluminium structure, This panel is combined with extraordinary noncombustible fireproof performance, lightweight and ease of fabrication of composites makes more flexible for the facade work.

Continuous production line can make the work rate high, also can make sure the product quality very stable, the machine operation only need  four persons, and operation easy.

The patent developed composite oven system by Hongyang Machinery, which can make the panel bonding strength and the surface quality perfect.

The lattice core structure is similar like the honeycomb panel, so it has the very good physical properties, but it costs much lower than same thickness honeycomb panel.
